Product Lines - Microshell Helmets Bicycle

Kuji Sports is a major supplier to the world microshell bicycle helmet market, shipping over 3,000,000 pieces annually primarily to the North American market. Production is vertically integrated with microshell, EPS and final assembly all made inside the Kuji factory.

In house testing is conducted on all our helmets using our Cadex testing rig. Helmets are produced to CPSC, ASTM, CSA and CE standards.

We are producing both conventional microshell and in mould microshell designs.
